Perhaps you’ve inherited beaded jewellery that’s outdated, and just not getting enough wear. But you’d still love to keep it in some shape or form as a memento from the person who passed away!

REDESIGN EXAMPLE

Before: Inherited faux pearl clip-ons, brooches and necklaces no one in the family wanted to wear.

After: We upcycled the faux pearls into a necklace and earrings set, complemented by a selection of our vintage beads. The reference style given to us was “very Prue Leith from British Bake Off”, so we chose big and bright geometric beads from the 1960s.

  • 1) Fill the form above to kick off your request.
    2) We'll get back to you within 48h (Mon-Fri) and get back to you with a quote based on your answers.
    3) You get back to us letting us know if this range is suitable for you.
    4) We come up with at least 3 bead package suggestions to use in your commission. Bead cost is what will impact the final quote the most (some vintage beads have cost us £22 for one bead). If you have lots of pieces to upcycle, we'll try to use as many of your beads as possible.
    5) You let us know which bead package you’re into the most and here’s when we close the quote.
    6) We add a “Upcycle for xxx” product on our website outlining everything we decided on, which you purchase using your preferred payment method.
    7) We then kick off the actual making of your piece and send you a picture of what it'd look like (if it's a bracelet or necklace, without the clasp).
    8) We make any tweaks you’d like to the order of the beads. The bead selection will stay the same as you chose in step 5, but we can still change the order of the beads in this stage.
    9) Once you’ve approved the final design, we finish it off and post it to you. Delivery costs are the same as for any other Luneta piece and will be outlined in your commission’s product description page.

  • This will depend on the amount of beads you provide us to work with and which of our beads, if any, we end up using for your design. As a guideline, these are the expected ranges:

    Necklaces: £ 45 - £ 95
    Earrings: £ 20 - £ 50
    Bracelets: £ 35 - £ 50

  • This will depend on how fast we can hash out any detais, if we have all the materials needed in stock or if you’d like us to source anything. It might be as fast as 5 working days to something like 20 working days!

  • Due to the customised nature of commissioned pieces, we do not take returns on them unless they were received faulty. For more information on returns, please refer to our FAQ page.
