Rare reverse-carved early plastic brooch with frame!

Reverse-carved lucite brooches were very popular in the 1940s and ‘50s. Usually, they are clear, but this one has a blue metallic background and a lovely cream frame, really making it a work of art!

Materials: Original vintage 1940s plastic brooch with metallic blue background, with two pink flowers and two green leaves, in an oval shape. It also has brass curls around the frame for an extra rococo touch! Marked “British made” in the back.
