Reverse-carved lucite brooches were very popular in the 1940s and ‘50s. Usually, they are clear, but this one has a holographic background and a lovely cream frame, really making it a work of art!
Materials: Original vintage 1940s plastic brooch with metallic blue background, with a pink rose and two green leaves, in a round shape. It also has brass curls around the frame for an extra rococo touch! Marked “British made” in the back.
Size: 4 cm
Vintage condition: Sturdy clasp and beautiful artwork, but the frame is missing some bits - reflected on the price!
