Materials: Original vintage early plastic off-white and yellow brooch, dating from the 1930s/40s. It’s a round wreath of carved off-white daisies with yellow centers.
Diameter: 3cm
Condition: Good vintage condition, some marks and tarnishing as expected from age. This brooch was broken sometime in the past and repaired with glue, this glue dried a bit more yellow than the rest of the brooch but as it’s carved, you can’t really tell from the front. Please see pictures to gauge for yourself. We tried breaking it and it didn’t, so the glue is holding well!
How to wear: We love wearing brooches when our outfits are a bit too crazy in order to make them look more put together as a whole! For example, if we were wearing a mustard look and light coloured shoes, we’d wear this brooch on our top/dress to bring up the shoe colour and tie it in with the mustard. Would also look great on a collar.
